The New York Power Authority (NYPA) announces the winner of the 2022 NYPA & Israel Smart Energy Challenge! NYPA will be collaborating with ZOOZ Power on a joint development and demonstration project to pair EV charging with ZOOZ’s fly-wheel based, kinetic energy storage technology to enable fast EV charging in locations where the grid is power-constrained. This technology and the resultant demonstration project is expected to have a positive impact on the EV industry and provide long-term benefits for New Yorkers.
