Manage your NY Power Authority account with ease
The Account Center provides you with 24/7 online portal access to efficiently manage your account with NYPA. When you register and login you will be able to:
- View invoices and pay your bill online
- Check application status and enrollment information for economic development program onboarding
- Add or delete users and set permissions
- View account-related information, updates and notifications
- Review all of your NYPA projects, their phase and status
- Find FAQs and step-by-steps in our ‘Help’ section
- Receive account based emails on payments, compliance, cost savings and more
- Find the contact for your Key Account Executive
The Account Center also uses feedback from our customers to continually improve your digital experience.

Applications
The Applications section provides all the information you need to submit files, view the status of your application and be able to:
- Upload documents and enter enrollment responses
- Complete all necessary forms
- View your application submission and if further action is required
- See your latest enrollment status
- Receive status update notifications on progress
- Receive confirmation if approved by the Trustees
- Send messages to your Key Account Executive

Billing
The Billing section provides a snapshot into your NYPA billing and allows those with bill permissions to:
- Check your account summary
- View and download invoices
- View loans and progress to pay-off
- Pay online / make ACH payments
- Review payment history
- Compare usage over time
Coming next year:
- Set-up autopay and manage recurring payment settings
- Pay your invoice by credit card*
- Pay by your invoice by debit card
- Pay multiple invoices at once
* Note, there is an associated fee with credit card payments

Manage Users
Account owners are able to administer their internal team’s NYPA account access effectively and securely with the Manage Users area of the website. Those with Administration Rights will be able to make changes and:
- Add new users to your account
- Remove users who have left your company or a position
- Set and update team members’ permissions: add/delete Admin rights, invoice and payments access, and compliance items

Compliance
Your power allocation contract(s) require annual compliance reporting that takes place in the Account Center. You will be notified each year when the reporting period is open. In the Account Center you will be able to review past submissions and enter all of the required tasks:
- View commitments and historical reports
- Work online to enter your annual compliance information
- Collaborate with others on your team
- Revise entries before you final submit
- Review compliance status
- Message your Key Account Executive with questions on the form

Energy Services Project Dashboard
The Projects dashboard provides an enhanced view into all your projects with NYPA. See work that is in the audit, design, contract signature, construction/implementation, completion or close out phases as well as proposed or paused projects and their status.
- View project specific information
- Add ‘Favorites’ for easy access to your top projects
- ‘Filter’ projects by ‘phase’, ‘sub agency’ or ‘category’ for ease of finding a project
