Our mission complies with the applicable provisions of Article 4-C of the Economic Development Law and §2879 of the Public Authorities Law.
We provide a list of opportunities for prospective bidders on this website and the NYS Contract Reporter. We encourage New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) and New York State Small Businesses to participate in our Supplier Diversity Program and procurement opportunities.
Bidders are hereby cautioned to make use of this website to obtain current bidding opportunities. Bidders obtaining bid information from other sources do so at their own risk.
We have implemented an electronic sourcing and supplier management system through the SAP Ariba platform. Use of the SAP Ariba platform requires free registration at http://nypa.sourcing.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration. Questions about registration may be directed to nyparfq@nypa.gov.
All documents submitted by the bidder are subject to disclosure under the New York State Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law, Article 6). Accordingly, confidential information, trade secrets, proprietary materials or other information, the disclosure of which would cause a substantial injury to the competitive position of your firm must be clearly marked and identified as such in your proposal [Public Officers Law, Section 87(2)(d)].
Questions regarding each RFP and Bid opportunities should be directed to the designated contact for each solicitation.
