Niagara Power Vista
The Niagara Power Vista is temporarily closed until further notice
Please note that out of an abundance of concern for the health and safety of visitors and employees, and to meet the primary work of NYPA to generate and transmit electricity to support essential services, the Power Vista will be temporarily closed until further notice. Call us at 716-286-6661 or email us at npvista@nypa.gov for more information.
The fishing facilities are scheduled to open for the season on April 1, 2021. For information on the fishing pier, please call (716) 286-6662, or visit theNiagara Power Vista & Fishing Access section on our NYPA Recreation Areas webpage.
We look forward to reopening the Power Vista at a future date when it is safe to do so, and welcoming you with your health and safety as our top priorities.
When our visitors center reopens you will be able to submit a 'Schedule a Tour' form to connect with us about a tour. Though we are currently closed you can view our Power Vista Visitors FAQ for important information on the measures we’ve implemented to help protect your health and safety. Watch for a schedule of coming events, when it is safe to proceed, in 2021.
To maintain the health and safety of our visitors, we will follow the 'Reopening New York for Low-Risk Indoor Arts & Entertainment Guidelines for Employers and Employees' so interactive exhibits and enclosed theatres will not be available when the Power Vista reopens.
