The New York Power Authority Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors,

and the NYPA Captive Insurance Company Board of Directors to Meet September 29

 

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the Canal Corporation, and NYPA Captive Insurance Company Board of Directorswill hold meetings atNYPA’s White Plains administrative office building located at 123 Main Street, 16^thfloor, boardroom, on Tuesday, September 29.

 

9:00 a.m.:NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors meeting

 

11:35 a.m. (approximately):NYPA Captive Insurance Company Special Board of Directors meeting

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meetings.

 

The meetings can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.govand selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.

 

Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
