NYPA Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and

NYRED Board of Directors to Meet June 23

 

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and the New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation (NYRED) Board of Directorswill hold meetings via video conference onTuesday, June 23.

 

8:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Governance Committeespecial meeting

 

8:40 a.m. (approximately): NYRED Board of DirectorsGovernance Committee special meeting

 

8:50 a.m.(approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Finance Committee meeting

 

10:05 a.m. (approximately): NYRED Board of Directors Finance Committee meeting

 

10:20 a.m. (approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors special meeting

 

10:30 a.m. (approximately): NYRED Board of Directors special meeting

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations:

The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website atwww.nypa.govand selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.
