The New York Power Authority Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation to Meet June 23
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-- The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and the New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation will hold meetings via video conference on Tuesday, June 23.
8:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Special Board of Directors Governance Committee Meeting
8:40 a.m. (approximately): New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Special Board of Directors Governance Committee Meeting
8:50 a.m. (approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Finance

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations:

The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.
Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov, in the Documents Library under Notices and Agendas.
