The New York Power Authority Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation to Meet May 19

 

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and the New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporationwill hold meetings atNYPA’s White Plains administrative office building located at 123 Main Street, 16thfloor, boardroom, on Tuesday, May 19.

Note: The New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation meeting previously scheduled for 10:30 a.m. has been cancelled.

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meetings.

 

The meetings can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website atwww.nypa.govand selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.

 

Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting atwww.nypa.gov.
