Committees of the New York Power Authority Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation to Meet March 20

 

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—Committees of the New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the Canal Corporation Board of Directors, the New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation will hold a meeting, via video conference, on Friday, March 20.

 

8:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Governance Committee Meeting

 

10:00 a.m. (approximately):New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Governance Committee Meeting

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations:

 

• NYPA White Plains administrative office building, 123 Main Street, 16th floor, boardroom, White Plains
• NYPA Buffalo office, Waterfront Village Center, 40 La Riviere Drive, Buffalo
• Canal Corporation Western division office, 149 Northern Concourse, Suite #400, North Syracuse
• NYPA downtown Massena office, 2 Water Street, lower level, Massena
• IVCI, Suffolk Room, 601 Willets Path #100, Hauppauge        

 

The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.

 

Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
