New YorkPower Authority Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Boards of Directors to Meet December 9

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Board of Directors will hold meetings atthe Power Authority’s White Plains administrative office building, located at 123 Main Street, in the 16thfloor boardroom on Tuesday, December 9.

 

8:30 a.m.:NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Audit Committee meeting

 

9:30 a.m. (approximately):New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Board of Directors Audit Committee meeting

 

10 a.m.(approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors meeting

 

1 p.m. (approximately): New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Board of Directors meeting

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meetings.

 

The meetings can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.
