WHITE PLAINS—Committees of the New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees/ Canal Corporation Board of Directors and New York

Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation will hold meetings via video conference, on Tuesday, October 14.

8:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Governance Committee meeting

 

10:30 a.m.: (approximately): New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Governance Committee Meeting

                  

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations:

 

  • NYPA White Plains administrative office building, 123 Main Street, 16thfloor, boardroom, White Plains
  • Canal Corporation – Western Division Office – 149 Northern Concourse, Suite #400, North Syracuse, NY 13212
  • NYPA’s Albany office, 30 South Pearl Street, 6th floor, Albany
  • IVCI, Suffolk Room, 601 Willets Path #100, Hauppauge
  • NYPA’s Buffalo Office, Waterfront Village Center, 40 La Riviere Dr., Buffalo, NY

 

The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.

 

Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
