NYPA Board of Trustees, Canal Corporation Board of Directors, and New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings CorporationBoard of Directors to Meet September 16
WHITE PLAINS—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees, the New York State Canal Corporation Board of Directors and the New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Board of Directors will hold meetings via video conference, on Tuesday, September 16.
8:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Finance Committee meeting
10:15 a.m.: New York Renewable Energy Development Holdings Corporation Finance Committee Meeting
10:30 a.m.: NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Risk and Resiliency Committee Meeting
Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations:
- NYPA White Plains administrative office building, 123 Main Street, 16thfloor, boardroom, White Plains
- NYPA Buffalo office, Waterfront Village Center, 40 La Riviere Dr., Buffalo
- Canal Corporation western division office, 149 Northern Concourse, Suite #400, North Syracuse
- NYPA downtown Massena office, 2 Water Street, lower level, Massena
- IVCI, Suffolk Room, 601 Willets Path #100, Hauppauge
- Staten Island Economic Development Corporation office, 201 Edward Curry Avenue, Suite #103, Staten Island
Due to building procedures, members of the public attending in-person should RSVP by 8 p.m., Monday, September 15, to secretaryoffice@nypa.gov.
The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website atwww.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.
Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
