Northern New York Power Proceeds Allocation Board to Recommend

Economic Development Funding on Wednesday, August 13

 

MASSENA, N.Y.—The Northern New York Power Proceeds Allocation Board will meet on Wednesday, August 13, at 4 p.m. in the conference room of the New York Power Authority's (NYPA) Massena office—located in the Mercantile Building, 2 Water Street, Massena, NY.  

 

The proceeds board is expected to make funding recommendations to apply the net earnings of the market sale of unutilized hydropower from the Power Authority’s St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project to support economic development in St. Lawrence County.

 

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting. The meeting can be viewed online by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View Meetings.”
