The New York Power Authority is America’s largest state power organization, operating 17 generating facilities and more than 1,560 circuit-miles of transmission lines. On this page, we provide the most current documents related to NYPA’s debt management including bond resolutions, official statements, financial statements, bond ratings, financing agreements, green bond reports, and annual disclosures. Financial disclosures materials and event-based notices are also available on the MSBR’s EMMA website, the official repository for municipal securities disclosure.
