The New York Power Authority will hold its Spooktacular event on Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Niagara Power Vista.
Enjoy a costume contest, free pumpkins to the first 300 children, crafts with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, face painting, balloon art and free rides on a trackless train around the Power Vista circle.
In addition, NYS Parks will provide free rides on its Niagara Scenic Trolley with pickup and drop-off between the Niagara Power Vista and the Welcome Center, Prospect ticket booth at the Niagara Falls State Park during the event
