Audit Committee to Meet

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WHITE PLAIN—The New York Power Authority Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 30, 2007, via video-conference from the Clarence D. Rappleyea Building in the Conference room on the 16th Floor at 10:00 a.m.

Consistent with §104 (4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the video-conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
