“On behalf of the entire Power Authority, I wish to congratulate Kimberly Harriman, the New York Power Authority’s Senior Vice President for Public and Regulatory Affairs, for being elected to the board of the National Hydropower Association (NHA).  Kim has vast expertise in many different facets of energy regulation and policy and will make a major contribution to the critically important deliberations of the NHA.  This is an important time for Kim to be on the NHA board with New York State looking to make its electricity 100% carbon neutral by 2040 and achieve its long-term goal of eliminating the state’s carbon footprint."
