New York Power Authority and Canal Corporation Board of Trustees and Board of Directors to Meet March 20

WHITE PLAINS—The New York Power Authority and Canal Corporation will hold four joint meetings on Tuesday, March 20, at NYPA’s White Plains administrative office building,123 Main Street, in the 16th floor board room:

  • 8:00 a.m.: NYPA and Canal Corporation governance committee meeting.
  • 8:05 a.m. (approximately): NYPA and Canal Corporation audit committee meeting.
  • 9:00 a.m. (approximately): NYPA and Canal Corporation finance committee meeting.
  • 10:00 a.m. (approximately):  NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation’s Board of Directors annual meeting.

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the open meetings law, the public has the right to attend the meetings at NYPA’s White Plains office building.


The meetings can also be viewed by visiting the Power Authority’s website at www.nypa.gov and selecting “View” within the “Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live” box near the center of the page.
