NYPA continues its Hydropower rate freeze

Good news for NYPA hydropower customers. A rate freeze adopted in
March 2009 is being extended to help hold down electric bills. Businesses
in western and northern New York...municipal electric systems and cooperatives and residents mostly upstate have already saved approximately $20-million.
