At the Power Authority's Visitors Centers,
We've Got Fun Down to a Science

All three of our admission-free and handicapped-accessible visitors centers feature a variety of hands-on exhibits about energy, the environment and local history. Combining entertainment and education for students of all ages and abilities, we make learning a delight.

	The Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch 21 Hawkins Point Road Massena, NY 13662 315-764-0226 Hours: Open 7 days a week, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Memorial Day through Labor Day. Open 5 days a week, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. the rest of the year. Call for holiday schedule.
