State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Process

The State Environmental Quality Review process for this project covers: definition of the project, a draft of the project scope, a public meeting, finalization of the draft scope, appropriate file applications to APA, DEC, & COE along with a draft submission of the EIS, a public agency comment period, the submission of the final EIS, and then a final agency decision.
