Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Tri-Lakes Reliability Project was prepared under the provisions of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). The public can view the FEIS below. In addition, the public can now view the following recent documents: the Response to Adirondack Park Agency’s comments on the Application and the Response to Adirondack Park Agency’s comments on the DEIS for the Tri-Lakes Reliability Project.
