Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement  

The Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) for a proposed change to one section of the route for the Tri-Lakes Reliability Project was prepared under the provisions of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
