New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel and Niagara Falls Mayor Paul A. Dyster will announce the completion of a comprehensive energy efficiency project at the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion that includes a new, emission-free electric Zamboni.
