NYPA Officials Sign Agreement for Low-Cost Power for St. Lawrence County

New York Power Authority CEO Richard Kessel signs an agreement with North Country officials that will provide the municipalities $16 million and 20 megawatts of low-cost power for economic development purposes in St. Lawrence County.
