FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
"With the passage of legislation by the State Legislature for a two-week extension of the Power For Jobs (PFJ) and Energy Cost Savings Benefit (ECSB) programs and with an indication from the Governor's office that the Governor will sign it, NYPA has reactivated the programs. We will work with the companies that participate in the programs to make sure they receive the full benefits of PFJ and ECSB going forward through the June 2nd extension period and retroactively to Sunday, May 16. We look forward to working with the Governor and the State Legislature to enact a permanent program that allows NYPA to use its resources to the greatest extent possible to help the business community throughout the state."
