Media Advisory and Photo Opportunity: New York Power Authority to be Joined by Western New york Officials to Kick-Off Historic Solar Energy Initiative

New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined by City of Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster, Niagara Falls City School District Superintendent Cynthia A. Bianco, Assemblywoman Francine DelMonte, Assemblywoman Jane Corwin, Niagara University President Fr. Joseph L. Levesque C.M., Brian Smith from Citizens Campaign for the Environment, and other local officials to make announcement about an unprecedented clean energy project that will increase the amount of solar energy produced in New York State nearly five-fold, and provide renewable energy educational opportunities, support public sustainability efforts and stimulate the economy with new clean energy jobs throughout the state.
