FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASENew York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined Monday afternoon by Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and other Western New York officials at a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark NYPA’s opening of an office in downtown Buffalo.
The new office will spearhead the Power Authority’s energy-efficiency efforts in Western New York and other parts of the state and contribute to NYPA’s close ties to the Buffalo-Niagara region.
