New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel   will be joined Monday afternoon by Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and other Western New York officials at a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark NYPA’s opening of an office in downtown Buffalo.
The new office will spearhead the Power Authority’s energy-efficiency efforts in Western New York and other parts of the state and contribute to NYPA’s close ties to the Buffalo-Niagara region.
