President to be Joined With International Wire Group Execs to
Announce New Economic Development Program

New York Power Authority President and Chief
Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined by executives
from International Wire Group from Oneida County to announce the
kick-off of a new, three-year economic development program to
provide support for major manufacturers struggling with high energy
costs through the current financial crisis.
