Kessel today was joined by officials from the Municipal Electric Utilities Association (MEUA) and the New York Association of Public Power (NYAPP) to announce a new clean energy initiative that will advance efforts to position New York State as a leader in the solar industry and help lower energy costs for many residents and businesses throughout the state.
