New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel and Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster will hold a news conference announcing a partnership to improve the facilities at the Hyde Park Ice Complex as well as other energy efficiency efforts at municipal buildings.
