Richard M. Kessel will be joined by University at Buffalo President
John B. Simpson and Governor Paterson’s Deputy Secretary for Energy
Paul DeCotis to announce a partnership in installing one of the
largest solar photovoltaic arrays at any college or university
campus in the nation.
