New York Power Authority President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined by University at Buffalo President John B. Simpson and Governor Paterson’s Deputy Secretary for Energy Paul DeCotis to announce a partnership in installing one of the largest solar photovoltaic arrays at any college or university campus in the nation.
