New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief
Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined at a news
conference by City of Niagara Falls Mayor Paul A. Dyster, the
Citizens Campaign for the Environment and other environmental
advocacy organizations to make an announcement related to a major
public-private initiative for the potential development of wind
power projects in the Great Lakes off New York State shores.
