Power Authority and Westchester County Introduce Electric Ground
Support Equipment to Westchester Airport

WHITE PLAINS—New
York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard M. Kessel and Westchester County Executive Andrew J. Spano
will be joined by several government officials to activate a fleet
of electric ground support vehicles at the Westchester
County Airport on Wednesday,
January 14, at 11 a.m. The electric units will replace gasoline and
diesel engine equipment to help reduce costs and pollution.
