Authority President Kessel to Present $2 Million Annual Payment to
Local Officials

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
A news conference that had been scheduled for 11
a.m. today for NYPA President and CEO Richard M. Kessel
to present local officials with a large ceremonial check signifying
the annual $2 million payment related to the 2003 licensing of the
St. Lawrence-Franklin D. Roosevelt Power Project has been cancelled.
