Authority President Kessel to Present $2 Million Annual Payment to
Local Officials

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New York Power Authority President and Chief
Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel tomorrow will present to local
officials a large ceremonial check signifying the annual $2 million
payment related to the 2003 licensing of the St. Lawrence-Franklin
D. Roosevelt Power Project.
In addition to discussing the check presentation,
Kessel will answer open-ended and off-topic questions on other
issues related to the Power Authority.
