New York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief
Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel; New York State Energy Research
and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Acting President and Chief
Executive Officer Robert Callender; and Schenectady City School
District Superintendent Eric Ely will join together at a news
conference on Wednesday morning, Dec. 3, to launch the first
side-by-side study in the nation on the performance of different
hybrid school bus technologies.
