Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M.
Kessel and Williamsville Central School District (WCSD)
Superintendent Howard S. Smith will join together at a news
conference Wednesday morning, Nov. 19, on a major energy efficiency
and clean energy project for the district’s elementary, middle and
high schools.
