Opportunity: New York Power Authority and Massena Electric
Department Kick-off Low-Income Home Weatherization Program

New York Power Authority President and Chief
Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will be joined by Andrew J.
McMahon of the Massena Electric Department and other local officials
on Friday to kick off the “Weatherization Blitz” program to help
low-income households.
This news conference represents Mr. Kessel’s first
public appearance in the North Country after joining the Power
Authority just two and one half weeks ago.
