Opportunity: City of Niagara Falls Joins NYPA in Clean Energy Effort

York Power Authority (NYPA) President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard M. Kessel will be joined by Paul Dyster, Mayor of the City
of Niagara Falls, to make an announcement related to clean
transportation.
This event will mark Kessel’s first public appearance in Western New
York as president of NYPA, which owns and operates the Niagara Power
Project in nearby Lewiston.
