will hold a regular meeting at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, at
the Clarence D. Rappleyea Building, 123 Main St., 16th
Floor Boardroom, White Plains, N.Y.
Under Section 104 (4) of the Open Meetings Law, the
public has the right to attend the meeting.
