Economic Development Power Allocation Board to Meet July 22 Contact: July 17, 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WHITE PLAINS—The New York State Economic Development Power Allocation Board (EDPAB) will hold a meeting via video-conferencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, with the participating locations to include the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) administrative offices in White Plains and Albany.
