Economic Development Power Allocation Board to Meet April 29 Contact: WHITE PLAINS—The New York State Economic Development Power Allocation Board (EDPAB) will hold a meeting via videoconferencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, with the participating locations to include the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) administrative offices in White Plains and Albany.
