Economic Development Power Allocation Board to Meet March 18 Contact: March 12, 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WHITE PLAINS—The New York State Economic Development Power Allocation Board (EDPAB) will hold a meeting via videoconferencing at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, with the participating locations to include the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) administrative offices in White Plains and Albany.
