New York Power Authority Visitors Center Will Play
Host to Children’s Super Bowl Party

NORTH BLENHEIM—The New York Power Authority’s
admission-free visitors center at the Blenheim-Gilboa Pumped Storage
Power Project will play host to a children’s party on Super Bowl
Sunday, Feb. 3, at 1 p.m.
The free event will feature a showing of the movie
“Little Giants” (1994) in the visitors center theater. The film is a
story about two brothers who find themselves at odds when they coach
opposing peewee football teams. Free refreshments will be available.
Moviegoers are also invited to enjoy a wide array
of hands-on exhibits at the visitors center, which presents
information on such subjects as basics of electricity, uses of
electricity and the operation of the power project. The visitors
center will be open as usual from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The center is located on Route 30, 17 miles south
of Middleburgh and five miles north of Grand Gorge. For more
