Photo and Caption: Santa Visits Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center December 17, 2007 Mairead and James Cooney of Richmondville were among area children who attended the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) Photos with Santa event at the Blenheim-Gilboa Pumped Storage Power Project admission-free visitors center. Taking part as Mr. and Mrs. Claus were Joyce Pindar, tour guide at the visitors center, and Chuck Brainard, employee of Mine Kill State Park, developed by NYPA during construction of the Blenheim-Gilboa project.
