Niagara Power Project's Visitors
Center Will Play Host to Admission-Free Holiday Event

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LEWISTON—The New York Power Authority invites
families to attend a free holiday special event on Saturday, Dec. 1,
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Niagara Power Project visitors center,
the Power Vista. “Deck the Halls with Santa Claus” is the finale in
the 2007 “Sensational Saturdays” series of programs.
The event will feature crafts, face-painting,
holiday games, musical entertainment from the “Wondermakers” and
much more, including an appearance by Santa Claus. Santa will be
available to take pictures with children from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The admission-free Power Vista includes a wide
range of interactive exhibits on such subjects as electricity,
energy efficiency and the history of power development on the
Niagara Frontier. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily,
except for some holidays. Information on the Power Vista and a
