Center for Joy Receives Additional Support From N.Y. Power Authority for Education And Job Skills Mentoring Program Photo Caption: On Thursday, January 4, 2007, Horace Horton, right, regional manager, Western New York, New York Power Authority (NYPA) presented the second contribution of $25,000, of a $50,000 commitment, to the Center for Joy, Inc. to support the Connections Network Program, an education and job skills mentoring program.
