Opportunity: NYPA to Present Checks to Nine Emergency

NORTH BLENHEIM – The New York Power Authority
(NYPA) on Wednesday night will present checks totaling $20,000.00 to
nine fire and rescue organizations serving the communities
surrounding the Blenheim-Gilboa Pumped Storage Power Project.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. at the project
visitors center.
Horace Horton, NYPA’s regional manager, Central New
York, will present checks to the Middleburgh Fire Department,
Middleburgh Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Conesville Fire Department,
Conesville Rescue Squad, Jefferson Fire Department, Jefferson Rescue
Squad, Grand Gorge Fire Department, Grand Gorge Rescue Squad and
Blenheim Hose Company.
