The Economic Development Power Allocation Board (“EDPAB”) will hold a meeting via video-conferencing on Monday, March 27, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. at the Clarence D. Rappleyea Building, 123 Main Street, in the Executive Conference Room, 16^th Floor, White Plains, N. Y.

Consistent with §104 (4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the video-conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
